Resorts World Genting - Resort Hotel, Genting Highlands

My experience at the hotel was mixed. While the staff showed dedication and were helpful, especially with my elderly family member, the noise issues I encountered were quite frustrating. The location was great, making it easy to access nearby attractions, but the lack of noise insulation in the rooms put a damper on my stay.
